About the role:

As our Team Lead: SEA, you’re responsible for SEA activities in one of our key regions (Southern Europe or the UK). Using your understanding of our business model, KPIs and process setup, you’re able to develop a strategy that aligns with our business goals and ensure our Paid Search are team the best in the industry.

Want to work closely with colleagues across our Performance Marketing setup? In addition to leading and developing a talented team of SEA specialists, you support the Global Head of SEA in setting up global processes and increasing our impact on the overall business.


  • Lead a team of specialists (from Junior to Senior) operationally & strategically
  • Manage and coordinate the daily work of the team and mentor individual members
  • Identify growth opportunities, monitor performance and ensure efficiency
  • Focus on automation and optimization of all SEA-related tasks
  • Liaise with other team leads to improve the overall way of working, structure and scalability of projects & processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, other departments & with relevant business partners


  • 6+ years experience’ in managing complex SEA campaigns with sizeable budgets
  • 2+ years of experience in building and leading a team in a dynamic environment
  • A flexible, proactive and collaborative approach to your job
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
  • Able to deliver under pressure, helping your team react quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong knowledge of bid automation tools (ideally SA360), automated campaign management and 3rd party tracking tools
  • Fluent English (written & spoken). For the Southern Europe role, fluent Spanish, Italian or French is a huge advantage
  • Expert communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics to a non-expert audience
